Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome back to my Disney Blogs. Today I will be writing about my favourite Disney podcast. There are so many kinds of Disney pods out there but here today I will be writing about my 3 favourite pods and giving a few special mentions.

So here in the number 3 spot is WDW Radio Pod hosted by Lou Mongello. Lou has been running the WDW radio for years now with over 500 episodes to date, Lou has amassed a huge following over the years which is a real credit to him and the WDW radio. This is pretty much a weekly podcast with so many kinds of episodes with news, Interviews, History of the Disney universe and my favourite, the Restaurant reviews. The WDW radio show also has a website and a Facebook group where Lou does live videos from inside the parks. This podcast really is a great listen for Disney fans looking to learn a lot more about the whole Disney universe.

In 2nd place is The Sweep Spot. The Sweet Spot is hosted by two former cast members of Disneyland Lynn Barron and Ken Pellman. Both guys worked at Disneyland as custodial cast members for many years. Their podcast talks about their time at the California parks as well as news, touring tips, Disneyland history, Interviews with Disney legends and authors plus much more. Lynn and Ken also are now authors of a brilliant book called Cleaning the Kingdom, which gives us so many great insights in to the life of being a custodian and the happiest place on earth.

My Favourite Disney Podcast to listen to is Disney Magic Hour, this podcast is bloody brilliant in my opinion. Disney magic hour is hosted by the very interesting and funny Peter Tedone. The way he hosts the show is fantastic bringing in the rest of the team to get their opinions across and having very strong opinions himself about the Disney universe and pretty much anything else that goes. Peter loves all things Disney, but he really is a Star Wars and avengers fanatic. He really gives great insight into his different views in to pretty much anything. Melyssa is Peters wife and she gives us a more quiet and girly view which is a great contrast to the other members in the team, she also runs the Disney magic hour book club with another member of the team Courtney van Rens. Courtney is a relatively new member to the podcast team but she really is a terrific addition. Last but not least we have Ryan P Wilson, Ryan is the resident Disney historian per say. Ryan runs the Main St Gazette which is a website he runs full of Disney history and news. All of these grouped together really does add up to make a fantastic podcast and with the help of some great guest along the way like Adam Corbett, Stan Solo and Ed Buskirk this truly is a must listen. My favourite episodes of the podcast are the episodes with famous Disney Artist Kevin-John Jobczynski, their relationship makes the episode seem like a casual chat between two great friends. The podcast now has well over 100 episodes and they are well on their way to many many more.

There are so many Disney podcast out there and I hope you enjoyed reading about my favourite 3. Some other pods that I listen to are Unlocking the Magic, The Dis, Ear to there Podcast and Mouse Chat.

My first experience at a Disney park was at euro Disney in 1993 I was 4 years old at the time. I don’t remember much of the holiday, but I do remember being at breakfast one morning and Pluto licking my face. My Hobbies include playing football and cricket as well as watching many other sports, my main interest is Disney as a whole. My interests peaked in Disney a couple of years ago while battling severe depression, listening to a few Disney podcasts and doing loads of research about the company and the parks help me out as it gave me something to focus my time and energy on.
